This encourages you to eat more and eat more of unhealthy foods leading to obesity.

In the first instance, a glass or two of wine in the evening whether it is a red, a white, or a rose will help you sleep better. The idea is not to get drunk. The idea is to drink wine to help you relax and get rid of your anxiety.
